About Me

My name is Seth.  I’m originally from northeastern Pennsylvania and have lived in  the funky town of Carrboro, North Carolina for about 9 years with my wife, Abby.

I’m a fairly typical guy who likes to observe, start activist campaigns, research healthy transportation options, walk about, hike, ride bicycles, crochet things, carve things from wood,  and drink good beer. I look forward to one day successfully growing and preserving food, fixing leaky faucets, and building sheds.

As you’ll see from this blog, I and many of my friends like to spend a good deal of time exploring vernacular ways of living.  We think that exploring in this way presents opportunities for us and others to dwell in greater harmony with ourselves, others and the natural world. Thanks for stopping by!
